Eddy Guerrero gets my vote. A face so talented and so popular that the audience refused to allow the WWE to turn him heel. Even throwing crowd favourite Rey Mysterio through the windscreen of his low-rider wasn't enough to get the crowd to stop cheering him. His in-ring work was always great and he could cut a face promo with the best of them too (especially his face-to-face with Brock Lesnar just before taking the belt).
