WebIS Pocket Informant 2007 Rev 4 - Final Release

Requirements: Windows Mobile 2003/5.0/6

Overview: Pocket Informant vastly improves upon the functionality of Pocket Outlook to match and exceed what's available even with the desktop Outlook while keeping complete and uncompromising compatibility with Outlook. 5 Calendar Views, Notes, Tasks, Contacts, Journal, and so much more with beautiful and functional interface.

Pocket Outlook is a decent PIM for those who simply need to know what's going on "Today". But what if you need to see past that? How about next week? The rest of or next Month? Or if you're dealing with a number of tasks or simply want to see what tasks are due on what day? How about making journal entries? You won't get anywhere with Pocket Outlook.
As the winner of the Pocket PC Magazine Best PIM award for the last few years (including 2006) Pocket Informant vastly improves upon the functionality of Pocket Outlook to match and exceed what's available even with the desktop Outlook while keeping complete and uncompromising compatibility with Outlook. 5 Calendar Views, Notes, Tasks, Contacts, Journal, and so much more with beautiful and functional interface. And amazingly even with all this power Pocket Informant is even easier to use than Pocket Outlook is!

* Bug(762): Pocket Informant 2007 allows the use of third party plugins. In some cases a third party plugin may cause Pocket Informant to crash. This is most often seen when tapping on a contact more than once and seeing Pocket Informant go away. In many cases, newer versions of these plugins fix this issue. Rev 4 now adds a crash detection feature which if a crash does occur with a plugin the next time Pocket Informant is run we do not free the context menu handle which causes a small memory leak but also works around the buggy context menus.

* Bug(134): Fixed keyboard activation of multi-column category lists
* Bug(634): Fixed the WebIS Updater
* Bug(803): Removed the "Map Location" menu command for Contacts due to Mapquest removing their URL and our inability to find a suitable replacement.

* Bug(679): Fixed issue with Today plugin always showing small text instead of larger text for Today and smaller text for tomorrow.

* Bug(610): If a Summary dialog is open when in the background PI is changing views we close the dialog so that the view change can be properly handled
