How to move picture from Camera to Post in forums

I've got this hilarious picture of the back of a fat guy's head (doesn't sound funny i know, but trust me) on my camera but have no idea how to go about transfering it to the forum. anyone who wants to help could pm me. cheers -

on the camera.....
get it on the computer first......
use a usb cable............
plug it to your usb socket.......
the comp should automatically detect the hardware......
load the photo on the comp.......
