Virus problem

hey brother after installing kaspersky and detecting viruses and after removing them i am facing problem while opening any drive an error comes

Error is

"Line -1:
Error: Unable to execute the external program.
access is denied."

and another error comes like:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permission to access the item."

Although i am administrator

plz tell me its solution.

the best solution is to formatt ur disk n install the windows all over again .....thats wat i recommend to u
