I am wondering of how you add tags to a video?

like in the bottom of the vid, saying LOVELYPK or something like that.

you can use Windows Movie Maker to tag videos but it is not the best one. You can only tag videos which are in wmv or avi..i think.
There are other software available which I dont know much about but I am sure cyb, don, vish etc..will be able to help you
