when i right click on internet.i click properties and i cant chang my home page.there is a website its www.thecoolpics.net i cant chang this website to another website.its all white i cant click anything.plzzz help

If u have tried changing it by using
Tools/Internet options/General/Homepage the beloe there is a bar saying home address where u type the webpage address as ur homepage. if u have already tried it ant its not working then u have a trojan or a virus. And u need to cleanup ur machine

Just scan your window with any anti-virus program you are having in your computer. Whatever the virus it detects, try to clean by using the same antivirus program you have. If you don't get any luck ... then type the virus name in the google. I am 99% sure you will get any tool to remove it.
