I have now Enabled the Image Inserting for Signatures.

Go to User CP ---> Edit Signature -----> Click on this Icon to insert images.
Make sure your Image is not too long or too big in size.

My dear use small size signatures because it effects on page load.

Ashfaq Bhai you are right. The images should be small in size .
Here is the Rule:

• No more than 3 Images are allowed in Signature
• Each Image should be less than 30 kb.
• Max Width for Image is 600 width and 350 height.
