it only works if u have wireless internet connectiion...

clearing cookies or restarting ur modem doesn't really help. ur ISP assigns u an IP address which remains there for ur net connection irrespective of whether u restart ur modem or clear cookies. To check your IP address, go the site: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and it will show u ur IP adress, try restarting ur modem and most likely ur IP address won't change. If ur IP address doesn't change, that means rapidshare can easily track u and hence ur timer will keep running.

For solving this, there might be some solutions posted already in some other threads in this section, so u might wanna check those as well. But also, u can use proxies. There are a bunch of free proxies available online (not all of them work though). U can simply edit settings in ur browser to use these proxies and all ur traffic will go thru the proxy onto the website, so rapidshare will find a different IP address. Although since these proxies are free, so most of the times u'll find that someone else is already downloading using them.

Also, I recently tried using a lot of proxies for downloading sth from rapidshare but I would advice u to use them at ur own risk becoz after doing this, my comp was continuously receiving some packets from these proxies. Thanks to my firewall which prevented those packets from coming to my laptop but who knows if they contained some kinda virus. So be careful when using proxies.

Also there r softwares posted in the PC software section that can help u donwload unlimited. Also check tutorials section on tips and tricks to by pass the time limit.
