Streaming problem

Hi,

Whenever i watch live streaming(cricket) it works for the first time but then the next time when i go onto the same site is to slow (takes to much time buffering). This has happened to me on many sites.

what can i do??

There r lot of reasons for that. If its sopcast u have to look at ur upload/download ratio. Ur connection speed and how many users r on the link currently. Try cleaning ur history and cookies that should help. Also when u watching stream make sure ur not downloading or uploading anything.
