abhi jis maiN ghul rahee hai
tere pairahan ki Khushboo
abhi jis maiN khil rahee hai
mere Khuwaab ke shagoofey
zara dair ka hai manzar

zara dair maiN ufaq pay
khiley ga koi sitara
teri simat dekh kar voh
karey ga koi ishara
tere dil ko aaey ga phir
kisi yaad ka bulava
koi qissa-e-judai, koi kaar-e-na_mukammal
koi Khuvaab-e-na_shagufta, koi baat kehney wali

kisi aur admi se humain chahiye tha milna
kisi aehad-e-meherbaaN maiN
kisi Khuvaab ke yaqeeN maiN
kisi aur asmaan par
kisi aur sarzameeN maiN
humaiN chahiye tha milna
