jis nay is dil ko paree_Khana bana rakha tha
jis ki ulfat main bhula rakhee thee dunya hum nay
dehar ko dehar ka afsana bana rakha tha

Aashna hain tere qadmoon se voh rahaiN jin par
oski madhoosh javani nay anayat ki hai
karvaaN guzrey haiN jin se isee ra`naai ke
jiski in AankhooN nay baisood ibadat ki hai

tujh se khailee haiN voh mehboob havaiN jin maiN
oskey malboos ki afsurdah mehak baqi hai
tujh bhi barsa hai os baam se mehtaab ka noor
jis maiN beetee hoi ratooN ki kasak baqi hai

tu nay dekhee hai voh paishanee, voh ruKhsaar, voh honT
zindagi jin ke tasavvur maiN luTa di hum nay
tujh pay uTheen haiN voh khoi hoi sahir Aankhain
tujh ko maloom hai kyun umar ganva di hum nay

hum pay mushtarika haiN ehsaan Ghum-e-ulfat ke
itney ehsaan ke ginvaooN to ginva na sakooN
hum nay is ishq maiN kia khooya hai kia seekha hai
juz tirey aur ko samjhaooN to samjha na sakooN
