Diljalon say dil jalon ka rabta acha laga
Do ghari ki baithnay ka silsila acha laga

Koi khoby tu na thi mujh main kay chaha jaaon main
Phir najanay kyun usay chahra mera acha laga

Raat sari jaginay kay baad mujh ko suba dam
Neem baz aankhon say us ka dekhna acha laga

Sar meray sinay par rakh kar us nay sharmatay hoe
Saath jeenay marnay ka vaada kiya acha laga

Apnay chahray pay jo dekay un kay honton kay naqoosh
Mudatton kay baad mujhay aania acha laga

Umer bhat jagay mager rehan us shab ki aasam
Saath un ko bhi jaga kar jagna acha laga
