Chocolatey And Nutty Peanut Butter Cookies!!
Here Is A Great Recipe For A Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie.
1 Butter Flavor Crisco Stick Or 1 Cup Butter Flavor Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening.
3/4 Cup Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 and 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon ( Which I Personally Dont Use In The Recipe )
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Quick Oats ( Not Instant Or Old Fashioned )
1.Heat Oven To 375 Degrees *F* Place Sheets Of Foil On Countertop For Cooling The Cookies.
2.Combine Shortening, Peanut Butter,Granulated Sugar,Brown Sugar,And Vanilla In Large Bowl.. Beat In Eggs.
3.Combine Flour,Baking Soda, Salt And Cinnamon.. Mix Into Creamed Mixture At Low Speed Until Blended. Stir In Chocolate Chips And Oats With A Spoon.
4. Drop Rounded TableSpoons Of Dough 2 Inches Apart Onto Ungreased Baking Sheet.
5. Bake At 375 Degrees*F* For 7 to 9 Minutes Or Until Cookies Are Golden On The Bottoms.. Cool 2 Minutes On Baking Sheet. Remove Cookies To Foil To Cool Completely.. This Recipe Makes About 4 And 1/2 Dozen Cookies. Enjoy!!
