Best Kulfi ( ready in 5 minutes)

Ingredients:

Evaoprated Milk - 1 CAN ( This is the liquid milk which is thick, not the Condensed milk) - Nestle Carnation is one brand which you can use.

1 teaspoon of Corn Flour
4 Tablespoons of Sugar

Cut Pistachios
Cut Cashews
Cut Almonds

Rose Water or Kewra Water

Instructions:

This is the best Kulfi which you can make at home, this will not be so hard ( the biggest problem with home made kulfi is that they become very hard, due to some water content left in the milk which becomes ice when frozen)
This can be prepared in 5 minutes flat ( Not like the 2 Minute Maggi Noodles, which take 20 minutes to make, I can't even open the packet in 2 minutes)

1. Take a small bowl and take 2 tablespoons of the evaoprated milk .
2. Add 1 teaspoon of Corn Flour in it and mix well so that no lumps are left. ( DO NOT USE ANY WATER)
4. Now take a sauce pan and put it on medium heat.
5. Add all the evaporated milk in the sauce pan.
6. Add the Cornflour disssoved in the milk as in step 2.
7. Add the Sugar
8. Let it warm for about 3 minutes ( We are not boiling it )
9. Remove the pan from the heat.
10. Let the evaporated milk cool down.
11. Take any mould you have and pour this mixture in the mould.
12. Now add the cut dry fruits in it.

Put it in the Freezer for 2 hours.

When serving take it out and sprinkle some Rose Water or Kewra Water.

Note: This is the best kulfi recipes you would have ever tried at home. When you start with plain milk you have to reduce it for one hour on the heat and still when you make the kulfi it will be very hard ( as there is always some water content left in it and this becomes ICE when frozen) so it becomes hard to eat.

While this Kulfi can be made in 5 minutes ( except the freezing time).

Next time when you have some one coming for Dinner just try it out.

Buy some cans of evaporated milk in your cupboard and you can make it quite easily.
