Hi, does anyone know where I could get a poem or letter even a certificate that I could send to a coward ?

Basically what its about is our boss at work knew redundancies where on agenda about a month ago but didn't tell anyone. When we were eventually told about it there were others answering the questions put to them, our boss just kept looking up to the ceiling as if we were being a nuisance for even asking. His body movement and sarcasm and the way he has been talking down to us makes it obvious he thinks of us as worthless and didn't even try an save any of the 5 jobs that have to go and the hours cut for people who keep their jobs.
For someone who we hoped would stand up for us in this time of need has turned his back on us because he doesn't have the guts to rock the boat and also he has booked his holidays for date when people will be told they have lost their jobs.

I want to send a letter to the creep along with a white feather...any suggestions would be appreciated.
