Day 3: A bad start for India as star batsman Sachin Tendulkar is lbw for 13



But VVS Laxman records a half century as India extend their lead to 339



Mahendra Dhoni gives India some impetus with a thumping straight drive for six off Michael Clarke



But Adam Gilchrist is as alert as always and pouches a looping chance to oust Dhoni for 38

And it gets worse in the afternoon as four wickets go down to leave the Aussies in trouble on 243-7 at tea
