Pakistan paid for that miss, with Kallis going on to score an unbeaten 107 - his third hundred in the series. South Africa declared on 305 for 4, setting Pakistan a target of 457
South Africa inched closer to a series-sweep when Makhaya Ntini removed opener Salman Butt in the sixth over
But Younis Khan and Kamran Akmal steadied the innings, adding 93 more by stumps
Younis was unbeaten on 48 and Akmal on 49 as Pakistan ended the day needing 349 more to win
