What should be Harbhajjan punishment?
Law:
Under the level 4.1 of the ICC rules, physical assault of another player, umpire, referee, official or spectator will result in a ban of between five Tests or 10 one-day internationals up to a life ban for the player or official concerned.
1st should bhajji be only to be punished or Sreesanth also join in some kinda reprimand. The incident being compared is that of Zidane, it is then imp to remember that Zidane was thrown out of game while the instigator kept on playing. Simply put dun matter wat was said physical response is not the answer. Im not fan of sree or bhajji. But in this incident the sin of sree doesn't equal that of Bhajji. Another example is of Shoaib Aakhtar the incident happened in team dressing room and no match was on yet he was handed the servere ban.
Furthermore, If sree did used abusive language so what. By bhajji own admission, in symonds case it was not racial slur but a colorful commentry of symonds mother and he recieved no punishment for that so why should sree, provided it can be established that he did abuse bhajji should get punishment.
Vote and share your view on the punishment. Though IPL is following ICC code of conduct it considered as domestic event not international cricket..
