I belive both IPL and ICL will hurt cricket in long run, We have T20 wc and can mange less ODI and more T20 during the tours, setting aside a schedule for IPL is the worst thing. At the least if u gonna carry on with IPL, then ICL should be given some leeaway, if a person choose to plat for ICL then all cricket boards have right to not pick that player in thier national squad, but the players should be allowed to play in domestic cricket and if they play for county. both bad for cricket......t20 world cup is fine...all these tournaments should be run only with domestic players..no international starts....

i think its good for cricket because instead of playing domestic cricket with local players, ipl/icl gives opportunity for players to earn as well as practice with other international players and local Indians which is specially good for India and also it is good for international players from other teams but bad for their country's local players and board

But then how u gonna get the new players in, as it gonna keep cutting in domestic cricket and all attention will divert to IPL, in pak a players get paid Rs. 25, 000 per month for domestic season, while he can make $25000 in ICL or IPL. Forget abt money. Since IPL already cutting in county and other domestic season where will they get domestic cricketers? SO how can IPL and ICL be good 4 cricket? |

If its bad for cricket then sooner or later gonna be bad for players, as ppl will loose interest n no revenue, Once u get use to of T20 u have to be extremely fit, ppl carrer will suffer, injuries will cause them to loose T20 position, since they get use to of T20, the Test playing will suffer and players will loose thier posituon in national teams. ergo wats bad for crickett bad for players and boards. |

exactly..its hard to change moods...you are out their trashing everyone..next series you playing in a test match on deadly wkt..then no one will be able to handle that...so less t20 (only world cup and myabe a match a series) is the way to go
