Im a big time Yankee fan. I know that there are other Yankee fans out there so I wanted to start a thread that would update any moves the Yankees make.
So far this offseason the Yankees have made a few major moves by bringing back key free agent.
1) Signing Alex Rodriguea to a 10 year contract was an excellent move by the Yankees.
2) Resisgning Andy Pettite solidifys a rotation filled with youngsters.
3) Bobby Abreau gives us a good hitter with excellent defense.
But there are a few things that the Yankeed still need to get done.
As it stands, what's the most pressing need for the Yankees?
Upgrade at first base?
Add a right-handed hitter?
Sign a utility infielder?
Find a left-handed reliever?
Get a better set-up man?
Make a deal for Johan Santana?
None of those are must-do moves, but there would be logic behind each one.
Lets see what happens after the Holidays. I will keep this thread alive!!!
