Ok, it appears that this is an intergrated graphics card, if I'm honest I dont really have much experience with them as I always recommend using a separate card if you need to play games.
But still if it has worked in the past then maybe updating the driver will help a little, so what we need to do now is find the manufacturer of your computer. I know Dell have used these alot in the past, any chance yours is a dell? If it is then its just a case of going to the Dell site, clicking support, selecting your model and then finding the updates for this chipset.
