as is says, its the lpk staff who decide who the winner is, poll results are only a suggestion or a help to the staff.

some mods being friends to some member doesn't make a difference. its not just 1 mod who decides on the winner but its decided after discussion. also the supermods and admins are aware of who is how much active in the forum, so in the end its all on how active u r and how useful posts u make
