Hi, sry for posting here if this is the wrong area bt i need this problem fixed.

The stream link is perfect. b/c ive played this lnk at my house computer and it works perfect. But on my laptop, the link is very bad.
Wt happens is tha the audio is fine, bt the vieo is like still images. I check and in the stats it says, Frames per scond: 29, bt below it it says, Actuall frames per seconf: 0.3. this is why my vido on laptop reception is badm

ive triend playing around with my resolutoin, /it dpoessnt work. pls suggest a sollution. pls. thx.
